Safety Statement

With more than 3,000 team members, a fleet of over 1,500 vehicles, and offices in 11 states plus the District of Columbia, at Wright we have the people and equipment to fill your traffic control needs.

While quality and productivity are our goals, they will never take precedence over the safety of our personnel or work sites. Our commitment to safety extends from our field members to our entire team of subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors we work with. Everyone that works on our projects must adopt and work with-in our Safety Program. From executive management down, we are committed to the safety of our employees, subcontractors, clients, and the general public we protect each day.

At Wright we believe in empowering our team by training them to identify critical work place hazards they may encounter while on the job.  All aspects of our safety program revolve around our employees being able to identify workplace hazards that they are in contact with each day and arming them with the tools and knowledge to mitigate these risks to effectively work safely. All of our staff are trained with the required OSHA specific training, ATSSA Training's, and state specific MUTCD standards and regulations. Our work force is drug free and our policies strictly prohibit any substance that could affect or alter an employee’s ability to perform his or her work safely.

As we continue to grow as a company, we strive to expand our safety policies and programs to grow and adapt as well. With monthly safety committee meetings and refresher training, we are constantly improving and reflecting on the lessons we learn as a company. Our policies allow us to provide a safe working environment for our employees, subcontractors, clients, general public, and the other contractors we work with each day and allow us to adjust to the site specific safety programs we encounter.
